They include Berks, Carbon, Chester, Columbia, Dauphin, Delaware, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Montgomery, Montour, Northumberland, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Union, and Wyoming counties in Pennsylvania.
